It is safe to say that babushkas and matryoshka are not part of our day-to-day conversations. BUT I love this tattoo.
Matryoshka in Russian means mother. Matryoshka dolls have the curvy rounded shape of babushkas – these nested dolls you may know from gift shops.
One of the things I love about this one is that the matryoshka doll was crowned!
